Imre Borsanyi, CPA
Imre Borsanyi is the Owner and President of IB.CPA, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and provides high level tax advisory and business guidance to clients around the world. As the founder of the firm, he focuses on helping international entrepreneurs and companies navigate the complexities of operating and growing their businesses in the United States. His work centers on delivering strategic tax solutions, supporting business expansion, and building long term partnerships with clients.
Imre has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 2004 and established IB.CPA in 2011. Early in his career in public accounting, his results oriented and forward-thinking approach quickly resonated with entrepreneurs seeking practical and innovative solutions. Before launching his own firm, Imre spent more than a decade at a CPA firm in Coral Gables, Florida, where he developed deep expertise in international tax planning, business advisory, and financial strategy.
Born and raised in Hungary, Imre developed an early interest in international cultures and global business. After studying and traveling across Europe, he moved to the United States and completed his studies at Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University. His international background and cultural awareness have helped shape IB.CPA into a firm that serves entrepreneurs and companies from around the world.
Under Imre’s leadership, IB.CPA has grown into a global advisory firm supporting startups, growing companies, and established international businesses. In addition to advising clients, he is deeply committed to building a strong professional team and creating meaningful career opportunities within the firm.
Outside of work, Imre enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. He is passionate about fitness and spends his free time practicing CrossFit and yoga, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling with his loved ones while exploring nature.

Timea Csikos-Barrack
Timea Csikos Barrack is the Director of Operations at IB.CPA, where she oversees the firm’s internal structure, operational systems, and strategic development. Her role focuses on ensuring that processes across the organization run efficiently and cohesively while supporting the firm’s long-term growth and client service goals.
Timea joined IB.CPA in October 2018 and plays a central role in shaping the operational foundation of the firm. She works closely with leadership and team members to develop and implement strategies that support business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability. In addition to overseeing internal operations, Timea manages key client relationships, develops new contracts, and helps coordinate collaboration between departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Before joining IB.CPA, Timea spent fifteen years building and developing businesses across Europe. Her experience in business development and operations allows her to approach organizational challenges with a strategic and solution focused mindset. She holds a Hungarian accounting qualification, a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, and completed a Paralegal program in North Carolina.
Originally from Hungary, Timea speaks Hungarian and English. She enjoys working with international clients and values the opportunity to engage with different cultures and perspectives while supporting the global community of entrepreneurs and businesses served by IB.CPA.
Outside of work, Timea enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, reading, and continuous learning.

Tudor Cozma
Tudor Cozma is a Client Manager at IB.CPA, where he supports both clients and internal teams in managing complex accounting and tax engagements. His role includes coordinating client projects, preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, advising team members on technical tax and accounting matters, and mentoring staff to ensure high quality service delivery. Through his leadership and technical expertise, Tudor helps maintain the firm’s commitment to providing reliable and responsive support to international clients.
Tudor joined IB.CPA in May 2020, initially starting as an intern while completing his Master’s degree in Accounting. After graduating, he joined the firm full time and quickly advanced through several roles, including Senior Accountant, before being promoted to Client Manager. He is currently working toward obtaining his CPA license.
Before joining IB.CPA, Tudor gained experience in bookkeeping and financial operations in the real estate sector. He worked with a homeowners association and later at a real estate company in Houston that managed a portfolio of more than one hundred properties. He also served as a team leader in a finance department responsible for financial consolidation across a group of companies and monitoring intercompany loans and agreements.
At IB.CPA, Tudor works with a wide range of clients, particularly those with complex structures or multi entity operations. His experience spans the full lifecycle of a business, from company incorporation, entity elections, and state registrations to sales tax compliance and business dissolution. He is passionate about developing team members and believes that strong internal collaboration is essential for delivering exceptional client service.
Originally from Moldova, Tudor speaks English, Romanian, and Russian. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time in nature with his family.

Sandra Soler
Sandra Soler has been working with Imre for over 9 years, helping develop the firm’s reputation across the world.
After gaining a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University (Magna Cum Laude) in 2012, she obtained an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting from University of West Florida. Sandra became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016. Sandra gained expertise in all areas of public accounting, with a thorough understanding of international tax issues, including inbound structures, pre-immigration planning, and various foreign compliance issues. Sandra has played a major role in developing and expanding client solutions for the firm’s international entrepreneur clientele, and training and developing new staff at the firm.
Sandra cherishes the time she spends with her family and loves visiting National Parks. She is also an aficionado of Bikram Yoga. Sandra is fluent in Spanish.


Jess Carrick
Jess Carrick is a Senior Tax Accountant at IB.CPA, where she focuses on tax return review, quality control, and complex tax compliance for business and individual clients. Her role involves ensuring accuracy across engagements, identifying potential risks, and providing technical guidance on federal and multi state tax matters.
Jess joined IB.CPA in April 2025 and brings over fifteen years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in supporting small to mid sized businesses with complex tax structures and compliance requirements. Her expertise includes working with S corporations, C corporations, and single member LLCs, particularly in areas such as nexus, apportionment, and multi state filing obligations. She is also highly experienced in partnership taxation, including foreign partner withholding, as well as S corporation shareholder matters such as compensation and health insurance planning. In addition, she provides targeted tax planning support for self employed individuals and families.
Jess holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant. Her strong technical background and analytical approach allow her to navigate complex tax regulations and provide clear, actionable guidance to clients.
She enjoys working with international clients and finds it especially rewarding to simplify complex U.S. tax rules, helping clients feel confident and well supported in an often unfamiliar system.
Originally from the southeastern United States, Jess discovered her passion for tax through her appreciation for analytical problem solving and the intellectual challenges of the field.
Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her backyard chickens, spending time with her pets, and engaging in activities that spark curiosity and creativity.
Jess approaches her work with a proactive and resourceful mindset, tackling complex issues with clarity, determination, and a strong commitment to client success.


Xia Kong
Xia Kong is a Tax Manager at IB.CPA, where she oversees the review of individual and business tax returns and supports clients with complex tax compliance and reporting matters. Her responsibilities include reviewing bookkeeping records, supervising year end closing procedures, and ensuring accurate preparation of financial information used for tax filings. She also manages franchise tax filings in Delaware and other states, helping clients maintain compliance with multi state reporting requirements.
Xia joined IB.CPA in March 2018 and brings extensive experience in accounting, tax preparation, and financial reporting. In her earlier roles, she performed monthly bookkeeping and prepared tax returns for small and mid sized businesses while compiling financial reports and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and transparency. Her work has consistently focused on helping businesses maintain reliable financial records and meet their regulatory obligations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Network Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting with a tax specialization. Xia became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016. Her technical expertise and analytical approach allow her to effectively guide clients through complex tax matters.
At IB.CPA, Xia works with clients across several industries, including commercial real estate, retail, and manufacturing. She enjoys working with international clients and values the opportunity to learn from different business practices and perspectives while navigating cross border tax considerations.
Originally from China, Xia speaks both Chinese and English. Outside of work, she enjoys bicycling, traveling, and watching movies.
Xia believes in working collaboratively, maintaining strong attention to detail, and continuously adapting to provide the best possible results for each client.


Ana Maria Chimbor
Ana Maria Chimbor is a Senior Accountant at IB.CPA, where she manages a portfolio of individual and corporate clients, many of whom are international entrepreneurs operating or investing in the United States. Her work focuses on analyzing clients’ income sources, expenses, investments, and business structures to determine their accounting and tax requirements and ensure full compliance with U.S. regulations.
Ana Maria joined IB.CPA in January 2018 and plays a key role in overseeing complex client engagements. She performs high level reviews of client maintained bookkeeping, makes necessary adjustments, and ensures financial data is accurate and complete for tax preparation. She also acts as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on accounting and tax matters and assisting with IRS and state related matters, including responding to tax notices, preparing correspondence, and supporting the filing of additional required forms.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Ana Maria supervises a team of accounting professionals with varying levels of experience. She organizes workloads, provides training and mentorship, and reviews tax returns prepared by team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high quality service.
Ana Maria specializes in tax preparation and compliance for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Her client portfolio includes investment partnerships, residential real estate investment groups, global transportation companies, and digital media businesses with multiple subsidiaries.
Her professional journey began with roles in accounts payable and accounts receivable for a radio station and later for a wholesale and retail company. She then served as an office manager and full charge bookkeeper for a telecommunications installation company and later as Controller for a textile manufacturing firm. After graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she transitioned into public accounting.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Ana Maria is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work she enjoys playing tennis, walking, and salsa dancing.
Ana Maria’s work style is centered on accuracy, attention to detail, and consistently delivering high quality results, while fostering collaboration and strong support within her team to ensure excellent service for every client.


Franciska Denisovszky
Franciska Danisovszky is the Bookkeeping Manager at IB.CPA, where she oversees and coordinates the firm’s bookkeeping operations. She manages the bookkeeping team and ensures that financial records are maintained with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Franciska works closely with both clients and team members to support reliable financial reporting and efficient bookkeeping processes.
Franciska joined IB.CPA in December 2022 and brings many years of experience in bookkeeping and financial administration. She is a Registered Hungarian Accountant and holds degrees in Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Wood Engineering. Her diverse academic background reflects both analytical and technical strengths that support her work in financial management and operational organization.
Earlier in her career, Franciska served as the CEO of a German Hungarian corporate group for twenty five years, where she was responsible for the company’s full financial and operational management. This leadership role provided her with extensive experience in corporate administration, financial oversight, and strategic decision making. Throughout her professional journey, she has consistently emphasized precision, transparency, and the importance of building long term professional relationships.
At IB.CPA, Franciska supports international clients by maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating bookkeeping activities, and ensuring timely financial reporting. She values clear communication with clients and works to create efficient processes that help businesses stay organized and compliant.
Originally from Hungary, Franciska speaks Hungarian and English. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Viviani de Araujo
Viviani de Araujo is an Accountant at IB.CPA, where she supports clients with bookkeeping, financial record management, and accounting operations. Her work includes preparing and maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. She also contributes to the preparation of tax returns and helps ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
Viviani joined IB.CPA in August 2025 and brings more than nine years of experience in finance across international business environments. Throughout her career, she has worked in accounts payable, financial operations, cost control, customer account management, and bookkeeping. Her experience includes supporting cross border financial processes and working in multilingual environments with diverse teams and client profiles.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in International Relations. This academic background, combined with her practical experience in financial operations, allows her to support clients with organized financial processes and reliable accounting records.
Originally from Brazil, Viviani is fluent in Portuguese and English and is currently improving her Spanish. She enjoys working with international clients and values the opportunity to connect with people from different cultures and business backgrounds, gaining new perspectives while collaborating across borders.
Outside of work, Viviani enjoys traveling, learning new things, exploring different cultures, discovering new cuisines, and spending time with family and friends.

Barbara Montenegro
Barbara Melina Montenegro is an Accountant at IB.CPA, where she supports both individual and corporate clients with tax compliance, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. Her work includes preparing tax returns, reviewing supporting documentation, managing accounting records, and conducting monthly reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Barbara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) in Argentina and joined IB.CPA in July 2024. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance across several industries. Her professional background includes roles in the energy sector, particularly in oil and gas, solar, and renewable energy. She began her career as an Auditor at the Sindicatura General de la Nación in Argentina, followed by positions as an Accounting Analyst at Integración Energética Argentina S.A. and as a Financial Fixed Assets Analyst at Royal Dutch Shell. Barbara later held senior accounting roles at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., and at Peninsula Petroleum Ltd. in Ireland, where she managed monthly closings for 21 special purpose entities.
At IB.CPA, Barbara works with clients across diverse industries, including residential real estate investment partnerships, global transportation companies, and international advertising and digital media groups with subsidiaries worldwide. She particularly enjoys collaborating with international clients and navigating cross-border tax and accounting challenges, helping businesses operate smoothly in complex global environments.
Originally from Argentina, Barbara is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys discovering new cafés and restaurants, particularly those focused on specialty coffee, and maintains a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and regular wellness habits.
Barbara believes that achieving outstanding results depends on focus and intention, and she strives for excellence in everything she does.


Catarina Teixeira
Catarina Filipa Moreira Teixeira is a Senior Accountant at IB.CPA, where she supports clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Her responsibilities include maintaining and reviewing accounting records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, organizing financial documentation, and communicating with clients to ensure their accounting and tax matters are handled accurately and efficiently.
Catarina joined IB.CPA in July 2024 and brings several years of hands on experience in accounting and financial management. She holds a degree in Accounting and Administration and is a Portuguese Certified Public Accountant. To maintain her professional license, she completes continuous professional training each year and has participated in programs covering international finance, Microsoft Excel, Portuguese payroll, and tax benefits for residents and non residents under Portuguese legislation.
After completing her degree in 2018, Catarina began her career as an Assistant Accountant at a large dental care company before transitioning into the company’s finance department, where she worked on budgets, cash flow management, payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She later served as the main accountant for a diverse group of companies operating in sectors such as hospitality, rural accommodation, agriculture, olive oil production and distribution, real estate, and construction. Many of these businesses worked with international investors and distributed products globally, providing Catarina with valuable experience in cross border financial operations. She also worked as a freelance accountant supporting international clients, primarily from Spain and the United Kingdom.
Originally from Porto, Portugal, Catarina speaks Portuguese and English and understands Spanish. She enjoys working with international clients and values the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from different cultures, learning new perspectives and continuously improving her expertise.
Outside of work, Catarina enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring nature with her dog. During quieter months, she enjoys reading books on psychology, attending concerts, visiting museums, and watching films.

Vitor Soares Vieira
Vitor Soares Vieira is an Accounting Assistant at IB.CPA, where he supports clients with tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. His responsibilities include preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate accounting records, reviewing monthly financial statements, and assisting clients with resolving IRS notices and compliance matters.
Vitor joined IB.CPA in July 2024 and contributes to a variety of client engagements, with particular experience supporting companies in the anti fraud software sector. In his role, he assists clients with maintaining organized financial records and ensuring that their accounting and tax obligations are handled accurately and efficiently.
Before joining IB.CPA, Vitor built a strong foundation in accounting and financial oversight through his work as an auditor of financial institutions. In this role, he gained experience working with public companies, regulatory authorities, and fraud investigation processes. His background includes analyzing financial records, supporting regulatory compliance, and assisting with investigations related to financial irregularities.
Vitor holds a degree in Accounting and Actuarial Sciences from Brazil and is a Certified Public Accountant in Brazil. He also participated in a Finance and Accounting program at the University of La Verne in California. His academic and professional experience provides him with a strong understanding of financial systems, compliance requirements, and international accounting practices.
Originally from Brazil, Vitor speaks Portuguese and English fluently and can also communicate in Spanish and Latin. He enjoys working with international clients and values the opportunity to meet people from different cultures while helping them turn their ideas into successful businesses.
Outside of work, Vitor enjoys horse riding, camping, fishing, and grilling barbecue with family and friends.

Julia Dénes
Julia Dénes is a Junior Bookkeeper at IB.CPA, where she supports the accounting team with sales tax compliance and daily bookkeeping tasks. Her responsibilities include preparing and filing sales tax reports, assisting with bookkeeping processes, and helping maintain organized and accurate financial records for clients.
Julia joined IB.CPA in April 2025 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She supports the team primarily with sales tax related work while also assisting with smaller bookkeeping assignments that contribute to the firm’s overall accounting and compliance operations.
Before joining IB.CPA, Julia gained experience in client facing financial roles. She worked as a Bank Branch Customer Service Representative, where she handled everyday banking transactions, supported clients with their financial needs, and ensured a high standard of customer service. She later worked as a Financial Assistant at an international school, where she supported financial operations, processed invoices and payments, and managed procurement related activities. These experiences helped her develop strong organizational skills and a solid foundation in financial administration.
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Julia speaks Hungarian and English and is currently learning Spanish, with basic knowledge of the language. She enjoys working in an international environment and values the opportunity to use her language skills while interacting with people from different cultures.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys learning new languages, especially Spanish and Korean, watching Korean dramas, and reading fantasy books.
Julia approaches her work with dedication and a positive attitude, always striving to do her best and continuously improve her skills.


Radek de Vries
Radek de Vries is part of the operations team at IB.CPA, where he supports internal processes and helps ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities. He focuses on improving workflows, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards in both client delivery and internal organization. With a strong background in automation and process optimization, Radek brings a practical and solutions-driven approach to operations. He is known for his ability to simplify complex processes and create efficient systems that help teams work more effectively. Radek works closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure clarity, structure, and consistency across all operations. His analytical mindset and hands-on approach allow him to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Originally from Poland, Radek moved to the Netherlands at a young age and later settled in Spain, giving him an international perspective and adaptability that he brings into his work. He speaks Polish, Dutch, and English. Outside of work, Radek enjoys hiking, sports, and exploring new technologies. Radek values efficiency, reliability, and clear communication, and is committed to supporting both team success and excellent client service.


Margit Meszes
Margit Meszes is an Accountant at IB.CPA, where she supports clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, performing account reconciliations, reviewing expense and sales tax reports, and assisting with the preparation of tax returns to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Margit joined IB.CPA in June 2023 and brings strong experience in full cycle accounting and tax advisory. Before joining the firm, she worked with businesses on accounting operations and tax compliance matters, including managing tax audits and communicating with tax authorities and external auditors. Her background allows her to guide clients through complex financial processes while maintaining clear and reliable records.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Controlling from Budapest Business University, Faculty of Finance and Accounting. Margit is also a Certified Accountant in Hungary and a Licensed Tax Advisor in Hungary, credentials that reflect her strong technical knowledge and professional commitment to the field.
At IB.CPA, Margit works closely with clients to support accurate bookkeeping, reliable financial reporting, and timely tax compliance. She values clear communication and strong professional relationships, believing that trust and transparency are essential for effective collaboration.
Originally from Hungary, Margit speaks Hungarian and English fluently. Outside of work, she enjoys personal development and exploring holistic health practices. She also has a passion for animals, Latin dancing, and painting.

Gabriela Sumurduc
Gabriela Sumurduc is an Accountant at IB.CPA, where she supports clients with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting. Her responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing tax forms, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring payments, and performing account reconciliations. She also assists with internal financial reporting and responds to client inquiries related to accounting and tax matters.
Gabriela joined IB.CPA in July 2025 and brings more than six years of professional experience in accounting. She has worked with international organizations and private companies across a range of industries, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and payroll related tasks. Gabriela is experienced with several accounting systems, including QuickBooks, IRIS, 1C, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which allows her to adapt quickly to different client environments and financial workflows.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Fiscal Law. Gabriela works with both individual clients and small to medium sized businesses, including LLCs, helping them maintain organized financial records and meet their compliance obligations with confidence.
Originally from Cahul, Moldova, Gabriela speaks Romanian, English, Russian, and French. She was drawn to accounting because of her strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in helping businesses maintain financial clarity and stability.
Outside of work, Gabriela enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking.

Attila Kormendi
Attila Körmendi is a Finance and Data Support Specialist at IB.CPA, where he assists clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial systems support. His role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial planning and forecasting, and helping clients implement and optimize their accounting systems. Attila also works with data management and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and transparency across financial workflows.
Attila joined IB.CPA in May 2024 and supports a range of international startups and foreign owned U.S. entities. He assists clients with bookkeeping and financial reporting while also helping implement and customize QuickBooks systems for small and mid sized businesses. His work includes supporting clients with system setup, configuration, and training, as well as assisting with cash flow forecasting and financial data analysis for early stage and growing companies.
Before joining IB.CPA, Attila worked as a Sales Coordinator at a multinational manufacturing company, where he managed client relationships across Europe. In this role he coordinated sales activities, worked closely with production and logistics teams on order planning, and handled client communication and claims management. This experience provided him with valuable insight into international business operations and cross border collaboration.
Attila is currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics Engineering with a focus on financial accounting and systems integration. His academic background allows him to combine financial analysis with technical expertise in financial systems and data driven processes.
Originally from Hungary, Attila speaks English and Hungarian. Outside of work he enjoys gaming, playing basketball and football, and spending time with friends and family. He is also passionate about continuous learning and developing new skills in both finance and technology.

Jessica Bautista
Jessica Bautista is a Payroll Assistant at IB.CPA, where she supports clients with payroll processing and payroll tax compliance. Her responsibilities include processing payroll accurately and on time, assisting with payroll tax filings, and ensuring that payroll records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Through her work, Jessica helps businesses maintain reliable payroll operations and meet their reporting obligations.
Jessica joined IB.CPA in November 2024 and brings over thirteen years of experience in payroll and financial administration. Earlier in her career, she worked in the government sector as a Cashier, where she was responsible for payroll processing and managing high volumes of vendor payment transactions. In 2023, Jessica transitioned to full time remote work as a Payroll Specialist, further expanding her experience in payroll systems and compliance. Her background in both public sector finance and remote payroll operations allows her to support clients with dependable payroll processing and careful attention to detail.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and has built her career around payroll and tax related responsibilities. She enjoys working with international clients and values the collaborative and appreciative relationships that develop when supporting businesses across different countries.
Originally from the Philippines, Jessica speaks English. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, both with her extended family and her own household, and she particularly enjoys traveling with her loved ones.
Jessica believes that payroll requires precision, integrity, and purpose, because every detail matters when people’s paychecks are on the line.


Bibi Cruz
Bibi Cruz, Operations Manager joined IBCPA in 2023. Her responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IBCPA to meet its strategic and financial objectives. For a smooth workflow and positive client experience, she is passionate about identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies. Her expertise in process improvement and cost reduction has enabled her to achieve success at IBCPA. She is driven by her commitment to excellence and her passion for innovation.
Bibi is currently pursing a Bachelors in Supervision and Management at Miami Dade College. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Bibi enjoys playing sports such as tennis, basketball and volleyball. Additionally, she enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures. Bibi is passionate about helping others, and she hopes to use her degree to pursue a career at IBCPA. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and she is committed to creating a world where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.


Robert Szabo
Róbert Szabó is an Administrator at IB.CPA, where he supports the team with data processing and a variety of administrative tasks that help ensure smooth daily operations. His role includes organizing information, assisting with internal processes, and supporting colleagues with administrative coordination.
Róbert joined IB.CPA in April 2025. In his position, he works primarily with Microsoft software tools to manage data and assist with operational tasks that contribute to the efficiency and organization of the firm’s workflow. His attention to detail and reliability help support the accounting and administrative teams in maintaining accurate records and well structured processes.
Originally from Hungary, Róbert speaks Hungarian and English. He enjoys working in an international environment and values the opportunity to interact with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Outside of work, Róbert enjoys horse riding and building models and scale replicas, a hobby that reflects his patience, creativity, and precision.
